Steve Daking is the UK's number one pool playing entertainer. Over the last 15 years, Steve has travelled the world thrilling audiences with his comedy trickshot shows. Steve's mix of cue skills and showmanship have earnt him the nickname - "The Pro' with the Show!"
Steve is the reigning World 8 Ball Trickshot Champion (Sky Sports TV) and winner of a Big Laugh Comedy Award in Sydney Australia for his stage show, 'The Pool Guy'. More recently, Steve has been appointed the first 'Head Coach' of the English Pool Association.
Steve has made many television appearances including Guinness World Records (ITV) and Pub Ammo (Channel 5) in which he demonstrated 'the most difficult shot in pool'. Steve also performed as a consultant for many television programmes and adverts, training actors and providing his services as a kind of 'stuntman with a cue'. Credits include commercials for "Gordons Gin","FCUK" and top soap "Eastenders".

This can be serious or it can be a fun event depending on the format. Steve hosts the event, acts as MC and tournament director and makes sure the competition runs smoothly.
Steve has a range of formats that can be used to create the sort of atmosphere that you want. Everything from serious singles events to fun team events.
Once the competition is underway, Steve ‘table hops’ and gives coaching advice to those who need it, while being on hand to act as referee and see that there is fair play, before gathering everyone together and introducing the players for the high pressure final match.
Bring the spirit of the crucible to your company with a traditional challenge and trickshot evening.
In the first half of the show Steve challenges a selection of your guests to a frame of pool. Everyone gets a head start so has a real chance to pinch a frame from the pro! The players can be drawn randomly on the night or selected in advance.
In the second half of the show Steve performs his world class Comedy Trickshot routine. This part involves lots of audience participation, and will leave your guests amazed and amused. It’s an event that people remember for a very long time.
